BOCA RATON, FL - A woman from Boca Raton was arrested on multiple DUI charges following a rear-end collision on I-95 Friday evening.
According to Boca News Now, Janice Czarniecki was driving her 2018 Land Rover near the Congress Avenue exit at about 5:40 p.m. when she struck the car in front of her.
Upon their initial investigation, officers determined Czarniecki had a blood alcohol content of .120, well over the legal limit. She was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of DUI and DUI — Damage To Property Or Person Of Another.
No injuries have been reported as a direct result of the incident.
