HOLLYWOOD, FL - Officials with the Hollywood Police Department responded to a semi truck vs. pedestrian crash that killed a person in a wheelchair Friday evening.
According to WSVN, the accident occurred at about 4 p.m. on Hollywood Boulevard, near Interstate 96.
Few details are available at this time, but it appears that the pedestrian died at the scene of the crash.
The identities of those involved have not yet been released. No charges had been filed against the truck driver as of Friday afternoon.
