HIALEAH, FL - Emergency crews with the Hialeah Fire Department responded to a massive vehicle fire near East Sixth Avenue Saturday morning.
According to WSVN, the accident took place near the intersection of East Sixth Avenue and Fifth Street when two vehicles collided and then caught fire.
Yesterday HFD fire units responded to a motor vehicle accident that resulted in both vehicles catching on fire and one patient was seriously injured. Units on scene were able to extinguish the fire without incident and treat the patient’s injuries.

A 52-year-old occupant of one of the vehicles was airlifted to a local hospital to be treated for burn injuries sustained in the blaze.
