POMPANO BEACH, FL - Investigators in Pompano Beach are searching for the suspect responsible for a deadly hit-and-run collision earlier this month.
According to Local 10, 24-year-old Kenyanna Bell died at the hospital two days after being struck by a driver near Northwest Ninth Street on September 21st.
Witnesses say they saw the driver stop at a nearby parking lot to check on the damage to her vehicle before fleeing the scene of the crash.
Investigators believe the woman was driving a white sedan that may have damage to the front end.
