LAUDERHILL, FL - A construction worker was rushed to the hospital in serious condition after falling from a roof in Lauderhill Wednesday afternoon.

According to WSVN, the incident occurred within the 2000 block of Northwest 59th Avenue. Firefighters arrived on the scene at about 2:30 p.m.

According to the department's PIO, the worker fell from a two-story residential building.
