MIAMI SHORES, FL - One woman died and another was hospitalized following a pedestrian accident in Miami Shores early Thursday morning.
According to NBC Miami, the accident occurred near the intersection of Northeast 107th Street and 6th Avenue.
Police believe the driver of a 2015 BMW 328i hit two women in their 40s who were attempting to cross the street.
One woman died from her injuries at the scene of the crash. The other was rushed to a local hospital where her condition remains unknown at this time.
The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. No charges have been filed as of yet. However, the situation is still developing.
