WESTON, FL - Officials say a motorcyclist was killed in a collision on Interstate 75 in Broward County last week.
According to WPLG, the incident happened Thursday night on I-75 near Indian Trace in Weston.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the 25-year-old motorcyclist collided with another vehicle while riding in the southbound lanes. The victim, a man from Naples, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not released.
The FHP said the other driver was a 68-year-old man from Weston. No other injuries were reported.
Two lanes were shut down on I-75 while troopers were investigating the crash.
