MIAMI DADE-COUNTY, FL – Miami-Dade Police are investigating a car accident Sunday that left one person dead and three others injured, WPLG reports.
The four people were inside a vehicle that crashed on Southwest 238th Street near the Florida Turnpike in Southwest Miami-Dade at about 5 p.m.
A 22-year-old man who was a passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 45-year-old woman who was driving was taken to an area trauma center alongside an 18-year-old female and a 3-year-old child. No details have been released on the extent of their injuries.
One witness said that one of the vehicle’s doors was open prior to the crash.
